If you’ve found a reliable pet sitter that you trust, the next order of business is to make sure they are well-equipped with what they need to take the best care of your pets until your much anticipated return. Here’s a checklist that should make things run easier.

Your pet’s collar (with tags) and leash
Plenty of food stored in a pet-proof container ( a can opener for canned food if needed)
Any medications your pet regularly takes
Shampoo/bath wipes- in case your dog gets into a mess outside or on a walk
Poop bags for dogs/ plenty of kitty litter for cats
An Information Sheet including:
your contact information
